0.01 s Automatic UPS mode
The PPS2400 features an automatic UPS function that ensures continuous power during outages. When the main power supply is lost, it automatically switches to its internal battery within 0.01s to keep devices like routers, refrigerators, computers, and pet feeders running. Once power is restored, the PPS2400 automatically detects the return of mains electricity, shuts off the UPS function, and reconnects the devices to city power, all without manual intervention, giving you peace of mind even when you're away.

Can 2400W Power Station be connected to battery packs?
Yes. The 2400-3 generator supports capacity expansion with B200 PRO expansion batteries, Max support 4 expansion batteries up to 10240wh.

How long will the 2400W battery power my device?
Working time=2048Wh*90%/Operating Watts of Your Device. Note: the actual working time may vary under different circumstances.
Is lithium-ion battery the same as LiFePO4? Which battery is better for a power station?
No, there are a few varies in performance, chemical composition and longevity in lithium-ion and LiFePO4. Both are safe reliable choice for power station. But LiFePO4 bafferies have a longer lifespan, enhanced safety and increased thermal stability.
Can I charge it with solar panels from other manufacturers?
Yes. Open circuit volfage: DC16V~60V/10A 500W Max, Total solar input: 500W Max. Our 2400W power generator is buit in XT60 input port. We recommend ALLWEI 200W Solar Panel.
How to reset the power station when over-load protection?
If your device watts is beyond the 2400W, it will trigger over-load protection. Please press the "Circuit Protector" Button on the side of the battery to reset the power station.
How to keep this product when it is not used for a long time?
If the baftery is to be unused for a long time (more than 3 months), please recharge it every 3 months to keep the battery power above 50% if you don't use (it's recommended to check and charge every 3 months). Store it in a dry and cool place with temperature range between -4°F~140°F, and humidity 20%~85%RH. Avoid contact with corrosive substances, and far from fire and heat sources
Why is the output to the low-power device automatically turned off after several hours?
If the ECO Mode is on, the AC power will automatically tum off when AC load is 50W or no load over 4 hours to save power clrain. If the ECO Mode is off, to avoid forgetting to turn off the output during use that results in battery consumption, the unit will turn to Auto-Sleep Mode when no device is connected or the connected device is less than or equal to a certain value. When without charging, and the AC&DC&USB outputs≤2W, the device will automatically shut down affter 1 hour.
Is the 2400W power station waterproof?
No, please do NOT store it in a humid environment for a long time. Please store it in a dry and cool place.
CanI use or charge the 2400W power station in sub-zero temperatures?
Temperature ranges for 2400W power stations are: AC Charging: 0°C-40°C(32°F- 104°F); Discharge: -10°C- 40°C(14°F- 104°F); Storage:-20°C- 60°C(-4°F-140°F).Technically, it can power electrical devices under such situations, but please avoid charging it.
Are the buil-in batteries replacement or upgradeable?
No. If the battery pack is faulty or even dead, please contact our Customer Service.
Why is my air conditioner not operating properly when connected to the PPS2400, even though its rated power is under 2000W?
- Exceeding the device's maximum current: The PPS2400-3 AC output current is 20-24A, so when using a 30A socket, it will trigger the device's current protection, preventing it from operating.
- Exceeding the device's maximum peak power: Air conditioners are inductive load devices, and their power at startup is generally four times the rated power. For example, a 1500W air conditioner will have a peak power of 4500W during startup.
