Warranty Policy

1.Limited Warranty

This warranty policy is designed to clearly outline our warranty responsibilities and the scope of services for the products we sell to our valued customers. Before purchasing and using our products, please read the following warranty policy carefully to ensure you fully understand your rights and obligations.

Please note, this warranty policy applies only to products purchased through our official channels or authorized distributors, and customers must provide valid proof of purchase. Products purchased from unauthorized sources, products with tampered serial numbers, or damages caused by improper use, accidental damage, natural wear and tear, or other issues not related to the product's inherent quality are not covered under this warranty policy.

 

2.Warranty Period

3+3 years warranty - ALLWEI PPS2400/PPS1200/B200 Pro and related accessories.

Explanation: This warranty includes a  3-year standard warranty which starts from the date of purchase. The  additional 3-year extended warranty is available if the customer registers the product by providing the necessary information. The extended warranty will only be activated upon successful registration. Accessories included in the same order as the main product  are also covered by this 3+3 warranty.

 2+1 years warranty - ALLWEI PPS600/PPS300/XY-200/XY-100/CH-100 and related accessories.

Explanation: This warranty includes a  2-year standard warranty for any product defects under normal use, starting from the date of purchase. Customers can enjoy an additional 1-year extended warranty by registering the product with the company. The extended warranty will be activated only after the registration process is completed and the necessary information is provided. Accessories included in the same order as the main product  are also covered by this 2+1 warranty.

1-year warranty - All accessories purchased spearately.

Explanation: All  accessories purchased separately (not bundled with the main product in the same order) are covered by a  1-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions. 

Note:The warranty period for all products starts from the date of purchase. The purchase receipt (such as an electronic order record) will serve as the basis for determining the purchase date. If the customer is unable to provide valid proof of purchase, the company reserves the right to estimate the purchase date based on the product's manufacturing date plus 3 months, in order to determine whether the product is still within the warranty period.

3.Exclusions of Warranty

This warranty does not cover and shall be void under the following cases:

1. Unauthorized modification of hardware or software;

2. Problems caused by improper storage conditions (such as humidity or overheated/overcooled spaces);

3. Corrosion damage caused by contact with acidic, alkaline or other corrosive substances;

4. Use of incompatible accessories that are not recommended;

5. Damage caused by force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, fires, etc;

6. The product is lost, stolen or fully refunded;

7. Proof of purchase cannot be provided or is invalid;

8. Warranty period expired;

9. Intentional misuse for unintended design functions.

 

4.Return and refund

We solemnly emphasize that we do not accept any direct returns without prior contact. If you need to return the product due to personal reasons or product quality issues, please be sure to contact us by email before returning the product: support@allweipower.com

Order Cancellation

If order has been placed but not yet shipped, you may contact us by email to cancel it without any additional fees. If the product has been shipped, an intercept fee will be charged.

5.repair and replacement

ALLWEI has formulated a clear warranty period for the products sold according to the product category, model, etc. During the warranty period, if the product has a quality failure, we promise to bear all reasonable repair costs, including labor costs and material costs incurred by replacing original parts.

When your product is sent for repair and the repair is completed during the warranty period, we solemnly promise that the remaining warranty period of the product will be fully inherited and extended. That is, the repaired product will continue to enjoy the unused warranty period from the date you take it back. If quality problems occur again during this period, you can still enjoy free repair services according to the normal warranty process until the remaining warranty period expires.

Everything is based on ensuring that the extended warranty service application process is fair, transparent and in compliance with relevant policy requirements.
