How can I check the status of my order?
There are 3 ways to track your order status:
- After your purchase, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use it to check your order status on the delivery carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
- Visit the Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address, or directly input your tracking number to get the tracking information.
- Contact us at support@allweipower.com for further assistance.

When will I receive my package?
Generally, it takes 1-2 working days to process and ship your order from our U.S. warehouses. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
What should I do if the order status hasn’t been updated for a long time?
If your order status has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Be sure to include your order number so we can investigate the issue promptly.
Why did I receive only one package from my bundle order?
We have multiple warehouses, and sometimes items in your order may not all be available in a single location. In such cases, we ship your packages from different warehouses, which may result in staggered delivery times.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my package, even though the tracking information shows it was delivered?
There may be two possible reasons:
- We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake.
- Errors in the order system may have caused incorrect tracking information. Please contact our customer service team to investigate and resolve the issue.
