Why the battery power always is 97% or 95% with no loads after it is fully charged 100%?
Please confirm that all the switch buttons are turned off when you don't use due to that even there is no loads, it will also have power consumption in 2 hours.
How to select the solar panel to charge the unit?
Please ensure the optimum operating voltage (VMP) of 80W-160W solar panel is within 24V. The higher power you choose, the charging speed will be faster. To have a best cost-efficient solution, 100W solar panel is recommended.
Does the unit has auto-sleep energy saving function?
Yes. The unit will automatically activates the energy-saving sleep mode function when there are no devices connected after 2 hours. The unit will shut down and stop power output if no devices are connected after 2 hours.
Can we use this battery to jump start your car battery?
No. It is not suitable for using the unit to jump start a car battery.

Why the AC adapter get hot when charging the 300w generator?
The power adapter get hot is normal when charging the generator. The AC power adapter has qualified UL certification. Please feel free to use it. In summer, the weather is hot, the temperature at the bottom of the adapter
may reach about 162℉ and the surface temperature maybe exceed 149℉, but this temperature is within the scope of UL certification.

Happy with product. However I emailed asking about cost and item description for a solar panel for this item and no one has returned my request.
I got this after the hurricane and floods we had. I plan to use it to recharge all of our flashlights, phones, and to power my CPAP. Using my cpap all night and charging my phone did bring it down to 81%. But putting the solar pannel in my window which didn't get full sunlight and some UV is filtered due to the window. It was still charged back to full in less than 20 minutes. Even better you can charge devices while charging the battery with the panels. Will it run your fridge? No, but it'll still run a lot of smaller things easily and is worth it. ESPECIALLY for my cpap. I can't go without that.
I'm very pleased with the purchase. I was a little confused as to why my laptop would not power up when I plugged it directly into the AC socket, so I asked and I was told that it should work.I dug out my Three-Pronged Adapter, plugged the laptop in it, and then plugged the Three-Pronged Adapter into the generator, and it worked. I'm curious to know why I couldn't plug the laptop directly into the unit. This might confuse others, so I'm letting them know to use a Three-Pronged Adapter.Overall, I'm very pleased with the product. It's lightweight and does not take up a lot of space.
